Facts about Orcas

Today for reading I was learning to apply knowledge. I was also learning about Orcas/Killer Whales. First I needed to read 2 articles and 1 video about Orcas. I get to choose one create task to complete. I chose to make a Google slide and create a informative fact about Orcas.

I enjoyed writing facts about Orcas by using the articles i've read. What I found challenging was researching about Orcas because I didn't really know any facts about them. My digital learning object shows that I can embed my slides and put it onto my blog. Please see my slides bellow!

  1. Dia dhuit Sophia,
Well done for finding out so many interesting facts about orcas.
Maybe you could increase the font size as some of your facts are very hard to read because the writing is so small.
What was the most interesting fact you found?

I will increase the font size and update my blog.
My most interesting fact about Orcas was they aren't whales and they are found in all oceans!

    2. Dia dhuit Sophia,
Thanks for increasing your font size.
I am always amazed that orcas eat whales - I thought they would be too big for each other to kill.
Well done for acting on the feedback you receive from your readers - you are always making changes to your learning to make it even better - ka mau te wehi! That's what great learners dp.
